Love the large embroidery area, it'll be nice if they make a least a 3 needle machine like this one, to avoid having to change thread colors.

The fonts are really lacking. I’m not sure how to get more on there? Do you’ll sell more Fonts? I dont want to download a software on my old MAC so I want to just transfer letter fonts from my computer to the ubs stick straight to the machine. I’m getting conflicting answers. About this simple questions. And no one seems to be able to help me open up the zip files. I called and I need more help then what I was given 😢 if it’s this stressful then I can go buy a cheap brother for $500 and be done with it. If I can get help tomorrow, I will be returning this one to you 😮 mechelle. Thanks

Is it provided different luggage..? Like Arabic language?
