The deer made that watermelon look (and sound!) soooo divine that I now have an insatiable hankerin' for one. The chances of my finding a watermelon such as that in the Tar Heel state in mid January? Slim to none. Search a nearby grocery only to find a dry/tasteless and wrapped slice or two trucked in from afar? That just won't do. And once again Lynn Smith....you're killin me! 😆

I love watching the deer. The neighbors that fed them protected them from hunters like you do. Anyone that loves and takes care of wild life I consider a friend. I haven’t been there in years. I’m much older now,74, and health isn’t the greatest but still trying to move mountains. 😂😂 Recently went into business with one of my youngins, WESTEX OILFIELD SAFETY SUPPLY.
