Hello everyone!
Welcome to January's Plan With Me and again, sorry for this coming up already at the beginning of the month. Getting sick wasn't accounted for when I planned my timing to put this video up, and it delayed me quite a bit. I hope this video helps you and maybe inspires you in some way whenever you find it. 🌟
I wanted to quickly mention, I know in the video I talked about how I want to stop using things that happen to me or around me as excuses for my inaction, and I 100% mean that. However, I am also aware that one of the scenarios I mentioned for my personal experience was the passing of my dad. Just wanted to say, some life events will be harder than others, and some really do require putting everything in a halt and allowing yourself the time, space, and grace necessary to heal, process everything and then slowly get back on your feet, whenever and however you can.
That being said, if you went through a deep loss recently, be that the passing of someone, or some other type of ending/change that really brought you down, please be kind to yourself and allow yourself to go through whatever you're going through. You'll get back on track whenever you can, but healing always has to come first. 🤍
