January is usually my least favourite month of the year, but we're pushing back on that with some cute kittens and fluffy pink clouds! I also decided to personalise my spreads more to what I actually need, and I hope that maybe these spreads are what some of you could be needing or looking for.

I love your well-being spreads. They make a lot of sense to me and I might use a version of them in my journal. I was diagnosed with ADHD 2 years ago and the out of sight thing is soooo real for me. Thanks for sharing!!

I loved your set up! Also I discovered last year that I have ADHD - you should definitely look more into it or even look into some ADHD hacks to see if they resonate with you. knowing this about myself has been a game changer for me.

Thank you! 🥰 It's been a game changer for me too so far! I'm doing my best to learn more about it and understand what changes I can make to accommodate those needs, cause it really makes a huge difference for me

@@lunar.inspiration 10/10 would recommend the book "Scattered Minds" by Gabor mate - that was a game changer for understanding this part of myself. I listened to the book and don't be intimidated - you can skip a whole middle chunk that is about children (if you dont have kids that is haha). also ADHD subreddit, and also Focusmate! Hope this helps!

It was so beautiful, what brand of marker did you use to paint the January cover?

The light pink brush pen that I used for the cats is from Lyra, the other ones are from Tombow and the hot pink fineliner is from Staedler. Hope this helps! 😊
