What time should I arrive if I’m going to Comiket (AM ticket holder) ?

I think you should get there about 30 minutes before the time written on your Comiket reservation ticket. When buying tickets, if possible, buy early tickets so you can go to the booth you want to visit and have the possibility to change what you want.
