Excellent, informative video, as usual. I did have to laugh, though--by speeding up the video as the seat was being extended with you sitting in it ( and moving around a little), it looked as though you were being electrocuted.

I personally prefer the Sky Suite II (windows seats) on JAL over the Sky Suite III.

Fantastic video! I love how you went for the Japanese menu as that is what I do when on other nations airlines except I'm not brave enough to use all the chili haha. I flew JAL from BKK-SFO via HND I was economy then upgraded to premium economy and was the best flight and the staff were amazing. Can't wait to fly with them return SYD-LHR. I am premium economy at the moment but hard to decide to go business class or not....

Definitely better than the "neo shell" business class seats on KIX-BKK. The service was still flawless because it was JAL, but after flying JAL F it was not what I expected for the hard product in C.

I guess you went restroom after the seatbelt sign is just turned off!! So they didn’t prepare amenities yet. I believe there are always some amenities in the restroom ;)

I’ve always found JAL to be in the top 5 best airlines in the world, in my opinion. In fact it would be hard to separate Singapore Airlines and JAL, no other Asian carriers would come close.

May I suggest that you make your videos more efficient by eliminating the whole here is the airport and here is the walk to the jetway and here is the jetway and here is the tAkeoff experiences? None of those are the reason people like me watch product review videos. Nearly four minutes just to see what the seat looks like!

The seats looks too narrow. My husband who is 6'4 may not fit in there. We tried Lufthansa business class and it was spacious.

Thank you for showing reclined seat, looks so uncomfortable! We have a very long flight Tampa to Dallas to Tokyo then return from Singapore. My husband has wide shoulders, Premium Economy may be better? Jeanne

Wow, that seat seems much worse than the Sky Suite II or the original Sky Suite. The older Sky Suites had the option of being directly next to the window giving better views and much better privacy. JAL is a great airline, I would make them my very first choice in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business in either of the older Sky Suite versions - but I would not choose to fly in the Sky Suite III. Very bad choice of seat by the airline. Thanks for the video!

Nice trip report but I think if you are doing a business class review you should have shown the business class lounge not the first class lounge you had status for. Not a true business class review.

One World Platinum grants access to First Class Lounge, Gold card holder can only access Business Class Lounge. I assume you hold Platinum (Emerald) status?

Very dangerous to leave your cell phone unstowed in a business/first seat. One bump could send it into a deep crevasse and can never be found again.

Please, business class passengers do NOT order Japanese food unless you have eaten it a lot and enjoy the taste. You will be disappointed. Time and time again I see western people order Japanese food in business class, most can't even finish the miso soup, namasu, takuwan, etc...
