How’s the crowd po in Hokkaido during that time? Did you stay until the golden week?

Ohayo J! Hindi po crowded when we visited Hokkaido last year. Unlike in other major cities like Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto, you can enjoy the cherry blossoms without lining up or rushing to take good pictures. Same case din sa mga restaurants and cafes - no need to line up and wait for hours. We were there pala 1 week before the golden week. Then we spent the golden week in Osaka-Kyoto-Kobe-Nara, and dun super crowded na talaga 😅. Hope you find this helpful! Oh nice! If the forecast is accurate, that would be the perfect time to visit Hokkaido for sakura viewing. If you are staying in Sapporo, Maruyama and Nakajima parks are the must visit. Hakodate is also a great place for sakura, but it would take a few hours by train. 😊💚💜

@@discover_wander We might take day tours in nearby places like Otaru, Furano, Lake Toya. Hope not too crowded. Hakodate might be a bit far na?

Yes, you might need to spend a night or two if you'll visit Hakodate. But Otaru is really nice daw. Same as Furano, but we think the flowers bloom a bit later in that area 😊💜💚
