Owara Kaze Bon is an event that represents Toyama Prefecture and is held annually from September 1st to 3rd in the Yatsuo district of Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture. Riding the pathetic melody of Etchu Owara-bushi, silent dancers perform sophisticated dances along the streets of the city with many slopes. Visitors are captivated by the glamorous and elegant female dance, the brave male dance, and the melancholy tone of the kokyu.
