I am from the United Kingdom. I speak very little Japanese, but I am very familiar with the customs and etiquette of the country. When I was a little kid (around 2002/2003), I had a friend who was Japanese. He was one of my best friends, but sadly, he later went back to Japan and I never saw him again. That, I guess you could say, was one of my first experiences of the country (well, sort of, I suppose). For many years, Japan has been at the top of the list of countries I would like to visit. I have never been to Japan myself as of 2021, but would certainly very much like to some day. It is a country that I view very favourably. I would say that Japan is one of the UK's most important allies in Asia. 🇬🇧🤝🇯🇵

It nice to see someone making an effort to understand our culture and traditions, if you ever plan on visiting go during winter, the summer here are really hot and humid, while it cold in winter the snow looks pretty especially in cities like Sapporo where they host largest snow festival in the world, sorry if my English bad I hope it understandable. I am from the United Kingdom, and consider both Japan and South Korea to be allies of the UK. Of course, Japan and South Korea have quite a few cultural similarities when you think about it. They don't have a common language, but they both value hard work and respect for elders. Many Korean etiquette rules that I know also apply to Japan.
