I live in Mie currently and indeed it is underrated! I have been to the Toba region but have not visited the AMA museum or seen the divers in action. I should go sometime. Some other places besides the ones in the video that I would recommend are -Akame 48 Waterfalls (in Nabari), Yunoyama onsen, Mount Gozaisho in Komono, Nabana no Sato, Ise-Shima National Park.
