Hope everyone enjoys the vlog! Just a heads up that even though we said we were planning on traveling to Taiwan, we decided that a 3 day stint wouldn't be long enough to fully enjoy the trip so we stayed in Tokyo instead. We will be doing a future trip to Taiwan and expect another vlog then!

That was a super smart decision. I went to Taiwan for a full month to visit a friend who moved there and even that didn't seem enough! I'm definitely one to take my time and enjoy fully my traveling adventures and not speed run a trip/vacation. I also take my time because I'm particularly being mindful about the amount of time and money spent in planning/executing the trip.

Actually one of the best vlogs I've watched from the streamer friend group. I respect Peter usually just living in the moment when going on trips, but it appears when he decides to vlog he does a really good job.

I will say themed cafes in japan are known to be bad food wise. It's more for the experience for the fans. There are a couple that aren't bad that I've seen videos of but these are the minority of them.

That Dick Bruna stuff is from his children's series Nijntje (or Miffy). Dick Bruna is Dutch but Miffy is a popular character for children all over the world

Edited: nvm, they ain't going. But hopefully they will go soon and when they do I will click on the vlog when it's uploaded. Original: hyped to see peter's vlog when he's in Taiwan. Always love seeing people go to Taiwan.

I did an internship in a research lab for a summer where the lab PI took us to a restaurant that served pufferfish fin sake . They drenched the fin in sake, light it on fire and then "brew" it in the sake. It kind of tastes like if you put shitake mushrooms in alcohol.
