The setter is also so good on defense, I reckon he used to play as a libero before moving to a setter position. And yes, Yamamoto, Ishikawa and Nishida playing amazing

As far as I know multiple of the japanese players are about 2 meters tall and none of them are smaller than 1,70m so I don't think they lack height.

Ishikawa and Yamamoto are beasts. I feel like this vid was their highlights for this match. Unbelievable saves from Yamamoto. And all I can do is shake my head at Ishikawa’s spikes, serves, and blocks. He has mad skills.

It just amazed me how Japan played the game, they are warriors inside the court. Ishikawa plays by using his body and mind. He thinks when playing. I love Japan volleyball team.... from Philippines ❤❤❤

The way the ball just blurs when Ishikawa hits the ball is satisfying yet so terrifying. Imagine a below average amateur trying to receive that spike or serve. I know my arms would be hurting or sore for a while.

That Japan No. 14 is a monster in serve, spiking, blocking, and tossing. Even Ushiwaka from Sherizawa couldnt ever be like him. Plus that Japan's libero is a perfect real life cosplay of Nishinoya tho
