The bread shop has a long history and it was founded in 1630 in Japan.
At that time, it is not only operating a bakery, but a sweets shop as well.
The present owner sees potential in the bakery, so he took over it and run so far.

創業1630年と長い歴史を誇る今回のパン屋さんは当初、菓子店も経営されていた。
現オーナーはパンに魅了され跡を継いだそうです。
