Looks intriguing! I'd be interested to get your thoughts after some time of using it - I've read that it can get clogged and the taste degrades with time. Wonder if you've noticed that?

So once or twice a year, you're supposed to fire or heat it on an open flame on your stove. This is what I was told when I bought mine in Osaka, from a sales guy in the open market street
