Don’t pay any attention to negativity. Your video’s are great, they are lightheaded and interesting, their fun to watch and remind me of when I taught English in Japan after university. The people who leave negative comments on a channel like this are probably just negative in general.

I’m curious, is it possible to see a video of top favourites from just one specific brand? There were repeating brands like Lotte and Meiji so I’d love it if you can share your favourites/top 10 from each brand 🤗

That's a great idea! Unfortunately, I think it would take a long time to source all the different bars from one brand! Usually you can find all these different chocolate bars right next to each other in the convenience store, so all you have to do is look for your favorite one!

That's true, if all the different bars needed to be traced and tested... Oh dear. And I'm not sure if chocolates are included (they probably are) but if there were any special seasonal or limited edition ones that are no longer available, it'd be really tough to find those (if not impossible cuz rip Japan loves short lived things). I'd still be happy to see even a downscaled version though, maybe a "favorites/top 10" of what's regularly accessible/available from a specific brand in Japan's more well-known areas.

Ooh, this is helpful for me to pick up some good souvenirs. I can't keep giving them Kitkats, lol. Although I did buy the Alfonds. And had to deliberate if I should give it to people or eat it for myself because it was so good. But, a little request... Can you put the price tag for each chocolate? For your next top 10 or something. I'd like to gauge to see which of these delicious chocolate I should buy in comparison to how important the people I'm buying them for. Like, the more expensive it is, the more important they are in my life. They deserve more. And I don't want to be like "hey, I'm gonna buy you lots of that one!" and get shocked at the store and be like "lol, couldn't find them! Here's a Kitkat." I know you kinda showed some when you shot them at the store but maybe you can put it as you introduce them with that fancy "cha-ching" sfx. (No you don't have to put to sfx) Anyway, thanks for the videos! PS: I enjoy watching your eating videos review thing. You always seem to enjoy the food so much!!

I think the forbidden-ness of the double dipping comes from Japanese bar culture, where you might find a communal bowl of dipping sauce for the snacks you order, but you're not allowed to dip your food, take a bite, and then dip again. No double-dipping in the communal bowl. At least it's an option, I don't know though. Love your videos guys. Also have you considered putting the maps you draw for the different areas as Tshirts? That could be pretty cool.
