Ping Tung Eggplant - try microwaving one for about 3 minutes (poke a one or two so it will not explode). It should be soft that you can mash with a fork (leave the top part on so it is easy to handle when frying). Beat an egg, add salt and pepper then dip the mash eggplant and fry both sides in butter. Add parmesian cheese once done. Enjoy.

So glad you've been enjoying the variety of content! A new HDIG is coming this month! I've heard of a lot of people having cucumber problems in the area. You're not alone. I've noticed a good deal more Mexican bean beetle larvae on the leaves this year than before - they look like small spiky orange caterpillars.

Last season you "sold" me to try the"Brad's Atomic grape" and it's the most popular tomatoe I raised of 12 type and Number 2 is my favorite and some of the friends who tried is the terracotta , So much moisture adding to a brarkworth or a steak burger like a double Mano but such a change of flavor compared to the old beef steak tomatoes , Yeah I think they are my favorite tomato, Also we just happened to order the ISIS Candy so I am not copying your whole garden but I agree with what you are saying about the tomatoes. Might try egg plants if I keep watching TV Garden channel Thank you for the teaching Lady

Wish you sujusted cucumbers late fall for I plan earlier and have my orders done but highly respect your choices of tomatoes so will review this next fall. Thornbury Terracotta is the only tomato I eat whole and as delicious as you told me I believe 2 season ago and yours favorite for taste. Your advice is spot on! My neighbors from South America love it for most of her dishes. Black Brandywine is my favorite on beef burgers and bacon sandwiches. 🥓 I'm bragging on Thornbury Terracotta and got Gardener Scott testing them and "Sanders and Boots" also testing " Prairie Plant girl " also tested it and reported it's on top of her keeper list and repeating it next season. Give you credit for showing Thornbury Terracotta first as far as I know. Thanks 👍
