Welcome back again to my Channel. And dahil nga sa sobrang dami na ang mga nagkakasakit ngayon, I decided to make healthy food recipes muna na pwede ko ihanda sa mga kids ko in the fastest way possible.
Gusto ko muna na umiwas sa mga pag kain na pwedeng maging reason para mag kasakit sila.. So here is one of my favorite Recipe.

Japanese Kani Salad Special
Ingr:
1 whole medium size cucumber
remove seeds and sliced thinly.
1 medium size carrot
slice thinly
1 ripe mango
sliced lengthwise
8pcs Crab meat
1 medium Romaine Lettuce
Dressing
1 Cup Kwipie or Japanese Mayo
1tspn Sesame oil
1 tspnn sesame seeds
1 tspn salt
1tspn backpepper
mix until well combine,
best eaten immediately or chilled for a 30mins
good paired with steam fish or fried fish
