Yeah but also have you heard of the movie Lars and the Real Girl? The guy has a mental illness and a LOT of trauma and goes for a “real doll”. It’s a beautiful movie with a great lesson because the doll helps him to heal. Eventually he grows out of it and learns how to relate to real people. So who knows? Maybe this is just the real-life version.
