@@efwefawfwefffefawwefeww i agree, this is why I love naoki saito! instead of redrawing people's art in his art style and saying that he "fixed it" he tries to stay as true to the original illustration as possible and give genuine advice to help them improve :)

@@vizvie42 Sameee! I have seen like DOZEENNNS! Of professional artist and illustrators redraw other peoples drawing and say: there fixed i fixed it for you! And then there's Naoki saito: we give body, we give shape, we make adjustments, BUT! We stay true to the Original art style!

I like how he always focuses on how to help the artist convey the message they want. It never feels like tearing down the original but building it up to help it get a message across, because art is a form of communication and storytelling.

I initially thought that the final drawing was too cluttered, but it seems that the viewer's eyes are drawn to the character's face as it is the clearest part of the illustration. A clever technique!

最初は可愛さが勝って失恋してるのかしてないのか、付き合ってるのか妄想なのかも説明聞くまで答え合わせできなかったけど、先生の添削で絵のみで全部説明できるようになっててすごいもっと表情崩すのかと思ったら「作者だけでも味方であるべき」とむしろ整えたところで流石すぎてひっくり返っちゃった

添削前は「みうちゃん待って待って！早まらないで！まだ間に合うから！！」って止めたくなる、狂気一歩手前の“危うさ”を感じました！添削後はもう……一線超えちゃった感じですね、何言っても通じなさそう

描こうとした可愛さと狂気を表現するための添削、今回も素晴らしい！完全に黒にしないあたりがいい塩梅で流石です。それとは別に元の状態の色味がパッと見た時に「好き！！」と感じたのでこの色にふさわしいテーマでもう一枚描いて欲しいと思えました。

最初の赤や黒を取り入れるだけでもう狂気さアップして、状況に合わせた色の使い方が伝わりました...！元絵のシチュエーションも好きだけど、添削後は可愛さが出つつも狂気さのインパクトが倍増して凄すぎる！

タイトルの「裏切るなんて許せない」って縋ってる感じとか重い狂気的な表現なら赤い糸にいくつも結び直しができてたりいっそ真っ赤な鎖でも良さそう beforeのイラストの感じだと失恋を受け入れてるような感じがした、糸自分で切ってるように見えるし

元絵のテーマをしっかり決めて丁寧に小道具や表現を詰めているのがとても素晴らしいです！配色もバランス良くてセンス感じますねーさいとう先生の添削のように一目でテーマが伝わるような画作りをできるようになればパッと見でおっ！？と思わせて細かいところ見てすげえ！ってなる素敵絵師になれると感じました！

さいとう先生の添削あんまり見たことなかったけど　さいとう先生レベルになれば女の子のポーズや身体のバランスでも(技術的な面で)改善する所たくさん気付きそうなのに、とにかく「作者さんが色々試行錯誤して描いた元の絵の要素をなるべく消さずに、本人が“改善したい”と言っているポイントを的確に修正していく」所にメチャメチャ好感……こうやって画面作っていくのか！勉強になる！

イラスト専門学校の生徒さんの絵、1枚にたくさんの意味をいろんな角度で表現してる印象があるんだけどそういう教え方なのか、先生が好んでそういう絵を添削してるのかどっちなんだろうとても綺麗なイラストだと思いました

Adding the lines to the eyes really extenuates the eyebrows too! I think a big issue that made her look calm was the eyebrows, they look so small and there's so many other bigger elements on the face with the same color, but since the eyebrows are thin and blend in you don't see them as much originally!

와... 작가만은 캐릭터에 긍정해줘야된다는 피드백 정말 놀랐다. 생각하지도 못한 부분인데 확실히 그런 점을 염두에 두면 그림의 깊이가 깊어질듯.... 나오키 선생님 첨삭은 들을때마다 감탄하게 됨.

白背景で狂気を見せるのを別アプローチで行くとするなら真っ白い部屋の真ん中にポツンと一人みたいな感じであえて白い部分をだだっ広く描くとかどうだろ。陰影を極端にして影を執拗に描き込むと狂気表現できると思う。

If I am honest, as much as I can tell you are a really great artist, I have to say I like the original better… While I agree the red and black convey more “distress” in the piece, it doesn’t feel like these colors fit well with the overall color scheme of the work. I also did like the old face better with the more subtle heart eyes and mouth placement… I will say though, the addition of shadow was very nice! But overall I think all the added things make the piece look too busy and inconsistent. It really does look like two different people with two different visions worked on this. Sorry! And take my criticism lightly because I am not an artist! I wish you the best!
