In Sapporo Japan for the yearly winter festival and this city is known for its miso ramen and one of the best places for that is the traditional ramen alley Ganso Ramen Yokocho. So today going to stuff as many bowls of ramen as I can into my belly and go see some ice sculptures! Also filling up on a bowl of King Crab Ramen!

Solution is simple, then. Have 3 for breakfast, lunch a dinner for a day. Repeat for 5-6 days. You will have then tried them all.

Hi Mike! I just wanna explain about the braised pork in Sapporo. In Japan, traditionally we use lean meat for Braised pork. Moreover, in Sapporo, for Sapporo Ramen, they use it more often than other Ramen in Japan because of the heavy flavor of the soup, they use lean meat to balance out, especially when they put butter into ramen, it's better with lean ones' if it's also fatty pork, it's gonna be too heavy...

This is deffo one of my favourite videos from you, the picturesque and nostalgic feeling i get from seeing the white fluffy snow cover parts of the buildings and surface just makes this so beautiful. I have a bad relationship with food, and I wish I loved it as much as Mike. He looks forward to it every day, and he explores it. That is rad to me. I used to have an ED, so I live through his eating, and it is satisfying. It makes me want to try new foods as well.

Butter in ramen is absolutely amazing! Most ramen shops have that as a topping if you know where to look. Also, those boiled gyoza aren't as rare as you think. You'll find them in lots of abura soba shops in Tokyo. Great video as always!

Visited Sapporo for three days during this year's snow festival and I ate six bowls of ramen during my three days of stay there. Thrice in Ramen Alley and thrice in other ramen places nearby. I even lined up for one hour just to eat at Ramen Shingen at 11PM. Sapporo has the Best Ramen I have ever tasted so far in my entire life. Thank you very much Mikey for the video.
