1.Peel one potato and grate it. 2.take a glass of milk and add the grated potato 3.stir continuously untill its cooked. 4. take a soap (dove is recommended) you can replace it with other one. 5. Take out the cooked potatoes with a paste consistency ( 4 : 20 ) and add the grated soap. 6. Mix it well until the soap melts and put it in a grinder . Grind well and get a creamy texture (6:18) 7. Put it in a saucepan and add a lemon juice (optional) you can also use orange juice . 8. Add one tp of cornstarch and again heat on low flame. 9.turn of the flame when you get super creamy texture (8:16) 10. Keep it in a clean box. Apply on your skin and leave it to 20minutes. Wash off with cold and warm water Mission completed And I'm exhausted🥲 Save your time Edit : This was the comment i posted two years ago and im glad to see this actually helped you all. You dont need to do all this work to get your skin glowing.. Just used uncooked mashed potato rub it on your skin keeping for 15 mins will see a definite change in skin color and glow.. 100 % effective.👍👍👍

Rub aloe vera in your face and wash it off with water. Don't use face wash or some thing after that.i found it effective.

Some of us isnt trying to be another person. Some of us just want our armpits, knees and elbows to match the rest of our skin because we suffer from hyperpigmentation.

الخلاصة: بطاطا مبشورة + حليب منسخن الحليب عالنار ومنحط البطاطا لتغلي منطفي بعدا منبشر صابون دوف او اي نوع آخر ومنحطو بالخليط ومنحرك ليدوب الصابون وبعدا منفرمن بآلة الخلط حتى يصير قوامن كريمي وبعدين منحط شوية ليمون او برتقال و شوية نشاء ومنرجع منسخنن عالنار ليصير سميك بقوام كريمي مدة وضعو على البشرة 20 دقيقة ويستعمل مرتين بلأسبوع واذا كل يوم عادي يوضع في علبة في الثلاجة وشكراً☺

1 papá chica sin cáscara, se ralla y se pone a hervir en 1 taza de leche, se retira del fuego cuando ya se coció la papa y se agregan 3 cucharadas de jabón rallado Dove, se agregan unas gotas de limón o naranja y 1 cuchara cafetera de maizena, Se pone a fuego por unos minutos. Ya frío se puede refrigerar Aplicar 20 min. en la zona que se desee aclarar.🥳🌈🌻❤️

سیب زمینی رنده شده رو با برنج و آب روی شعله معمولی بچوشونید ته قابلمه تون نکیره و داخل مخلوط کن برید و آمادس به مدت 30دقیقه رو پوستتون بمونه بعد آبکشی کنید و آبرسان بزنید میتونید هر وقت که بخواهید رو پوستتون بزارید و نتیجه ش عالیه

جربتها والله العظيم عطتني تفتيح قوي للبشرة و بياض و صفاء و كل من شافني لاحظ و قالي صرتي بيضاء و جميله.. طبعا انا استمرت على الوصفة اسبوع كامل و اسويها كل يوم و لاحظت نتائج خيالية شكرا كتييييييير

بطاطس مبشورة .. كأس حليب ...توضع فوق النار قليلة مع التحريك ..نبشر صابون دوڨ ونضيفه الى الخليط بعد نزعه من النار ...نحركه جيدا حتى يذوب الصابون نضيف اليه عصير نصف ليمونة وملعقة نشا ونعيده فوق النار ... ..ونتحصل على كريمة جاهزة للاستعمال ..يمكن الاحتفاظ به في الثلاجة ...
