Welcome to Jardine! Jardine Apartments is a safe, comfortable and affordable "home away from home" for more than 1,500 residents from about 50 different countries. Residents of Jardine are undergraduate, graduate and doctoral students, as well as single students, married couples and families. Jardine has more than 800 apartments featuring 90 different floor plans. Options include 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments, as well as studios, lofts and town houses, and Jardine Apartments are available year-round.
Amenities include in-unit laundry in some apartment types, as well as a community laundry room, and residents can pick up mail in the Mail Room. Residents can also enjoy the outdoors with many playgrounds across the complex, a pond, plaza area, basketball court and Community Garden, where residents can reserve a plot.
A trained professional staff, as well as a 24-hour maintenance crew, is available to assist residents. The Jardine Apartments office is open during business hours to assist with a variety of student needs and to check out equipment. The Frith Community Center is an open space for dinners, receptions and conferences, and is available for Jardine residents to reserve. Finally, JP’s Sports Grill and Cornerstone Café are also located in the complex, bringing residents and the Manhattan community together around a table filled with excellent food and sweet treats.
