Guys, this show is really great. But it's considered complex and consistent at the same time. So don't hold back when you feel that it is important to hit the pause bottom and go back a couple seconds, because this show is great to just watch, but it's even great when you understand the concepts

guys, I really reccomend you to watch the anime "monster". This is a psychological detective story that takes place in Germany in the 90s. I think you'll like it. And thanks for your reactions, it’s much more interesting to watch anime with you!!

Hype!! Please please please get the Bluray versions for the 2nd season!!! The production was stressed to burnout, and the bluray version fixes many issues + adds new scenes.

Just wanna say, I love that y’all pause and rewind to take notes if you missed something. You’ll find that especially helpful in JJK as the worldbuilding/magic system can be a bit on the confusing side. Also, PLEASE watch the intros, especially for the first half of season one. As things happen in the show, the images in the intro will change and it really adds to the storytelling. By the time you finish the first half of season one, you’ll be really glad you watched it every time, I promise. The ending is also safe to watch, but it doesn’t change. It is however a total bop and sometimes there’s extra scenes after it, so make sure you don’t miss those.

Just a little funfact, in the German dubbed version, Tanaka from Haikyuu and Itadori share the same voice actor. I think it fits perfectly, as they both have a similar personality.

jujutsu(呪術)＝incantation or sorcery kaisen(廻戦)=Coined by the author. It means "the battle that goes around.

Something you should know is that you NEED to watch the movie before season 2!! Its completely cannon and season 2 will actually be difficult to understand without it. Also, the MAPPA animators were rushed with season 2 (many episodes only being completed 4 days before they were aired) so while the original is still a piece of art, they actually went back afterwards and reanimated some scenes and even added extras on a blue ray version simply out of their passion for the show. So if you're able to I'd highly recommend watching the blue ray version of season 2! Anyway, I love your reactions and I'm excited to hear who your favourites are in a few episodes, mine is Fushiguro 😋

Mirko Cro Cop is an mma legend who fought in the ufc and Pride fc way back in the day. Before it got shut down due to yakuza connections Pride was an mma league in Japan that had arguably better competition than the ufc. Mirko was a multiple time heavyweight kickboxing champion, Pride heavyweight mma world champion, and former leader of an anti terrorist squadron in Croatia. One of the absolute baddest men to ever walk the earth. He was pretty famous in Japan in the early 2000s so maybe the mangaka was fan.

Potential spoilers? Not sure if this counts, I'll leave it to everyone's judgement: I love that they start to provide a foundation for the audience to build the power scale on top of, and it's already subtly skewed. When Yuji throws the shot put, he's marked at around 30 meters, putting him a bit above the current record of 23 meters. Which is impressive in its own right and definitely gets the point across that he's stronger than the average joe, but I don't think anyone realizes the implication that it could have gone much, much further if there wasn't a metal pole in the way, which also straight up crumpled from the force of the throw.
