I did the 520 conversion on my R-1 and they wine from front sprocket without the orange noise dampner rubber was really loud and alignment was spot on and chain life was reduced alot espcially after gettin caught in the rain..........

That muc off chain lube is amazing did you know it has a dye in it that shows up under uv light to see if you’ve got any overspray and good chain coverage 👌

I've been using the muc-off spray cleaner, smells like bubble gum so strongly. works really well though!

The sprocket nuts are the most likely fastener to come loose on any motorcycle. The torque and mostly vibration of the chain on the sprocket sets up harmonics that cause sprocket fasteners to fail. Although you have new aircraft-style locking fasteners on the bolts, I would still recommend using safety wire across them all. The orange ring on the old front sprocket was for the chain to rest on when making such a tight angle. This will greatly reduce the noise from the chain and front sprocket.

Not a fan of the gold accents in the chain. And it is very needed to remove the yellow marker on the 6 carrier bolts and make it blacked out.

Like you dato, I've tried loads of different chain lubes, and the best I've found is wd 40 cain lube, phil uk

Hey , I think you should call Ducati and tell them your small sprocket was not torgued done .

This is not helping me decide between swapping chain and sprocket or a clear clutch cover lol. Probably do the cover as I can do that on my own. Damn expensive bikes
