Just wanna say I'm glad to see this band getting some coverage somewhere! I felt pretty similarly to you both when I heard their first album a couple years back. But there was something about its intensity that kept me coming back to unpack the layers of grime. This one lands pretty different, and there's a part of me that thinks it might be better!

Necrotic Nick- Yeah, this album was one of the reasons why we wanted to hold off on the year end lists. We saw them open for Blood Incantation last year and they killed it so we wanted to go over this one for sure. It's a solid, vicious album. It can be a bit all over the place at times but overall this is a damn good listen.

And... Jammin' Jon dug out the Vietnam-era military helmet last seen in the thumbnail of the Jungle Rot review last year! Also, on March 8th, Skeletal Remains have a new release coming called Fragments of the Ageless!

Jarhead Fertilizer is such a underrated band! I'll tell you what though, I just listened to the Spectral Voice new song and HOLY SHIT! Great review as always guys!🤘

Necrotic Nick- Thanks, man! I definitely need to get more of their stuff but it doesn't look like they have much on CD but I definitely ordered this one for sure. I still need to check out that new Spectral Voice track. I'm pretty stoked for that one.

Necrotic Nick- It's a pretty savage album. I dig it. I still need to jam that new Spectral Voice. I imagine it's going to be dark, sludgy and heavier than hell.

Necrotic Nick- I don't know if it's a side project or just another full time band at this point. We brought them up when we saw them with Blood Incantation and Primitive Man last year. They put on a killer show.
