I've heard of Boots recently. For people to say that he will beat a prime Pacman doesn't know anything about boxing. Manny has done it all in boxing that it's not even necessary to talk about his accomplishments. Who is Boots and who did he fight? What has he accomplished that Manny hasn't? Plus, Boots look like a middle weight, has he even been a 4 division champion? Pacquiao can get a title shot because he is a household name and people will pay to watch his fights. He may be old but he is still PPV material and a highly marketable name. Not saying Boots is a bad fighter but he needs to earn a name to be able to call shots. Pacquiao has been tested at the highest level in an era full of great fighters. We still need to see what Boots can do. You can't look past a fighters resume and you can't hype up a person who is already widely regarded as one of the greatest professional boxers of all time. Who is Boots again?
