The crazy thing is that Boots look very good in training but when the lights are on he look even better, exceptional I must say. He is a great skillful boxer and a performer at heart.

yup. had the same thought. I think the key is when he has an opponent in front of him, his instincts kick in and he's a natural. Most interviews I've seen with him, he says a lot of what he does is automatic like that.

This man is a shape-shifter. Philly's finest. Generational talent. Trust and believe. He's the real deal. Very humble but he has a deadly mean streak. For those who say he hasn't fought anyone you can say that about anyone that's ever stepped in the ring. They said the same thing about Ali before he fought liston, Mayweather, and even Spence etc. It's recognizing a skill set. From footwork to being able to knock a man out with either hand effortlessly. People that don't know shit don't get it until it's too late. Ask yourself this question. Why isn't anyone lining up to fight him? Your favorite fighters know he next up. Why is it that theres always that dickhead that says who's he fought until their favorite fighter gets knocked out by him. Always last to dinner. Don't be slow.

I do believe he is next up tho, he is the truth I haven’t seen those skills out a fighter since mayweather, he knows how to fight inside and out manage distance and most importantly defense, I believe he can improve and adjust on not getting hit more often with shots that he doesn’t need to get hit with but other than that he is NEXT.

Lol what??? Let's start with the fact that Boots has way more pop. Power aside, Boots is a switch hitter who can fight inside or outside. Peterson is an orthodox fighter who is only comfortable fighting from distance (where he sometimes look spectacular) but he looks terrible when pressed. He is a less than average inside fighter which he compensates for with a stiff left jab to keep the distance. Boots is an extremely talented inside fighter. Boots is a completely different level fighter than Peterson.

How many of today's fighters can match speed with Bozy? Keep in mind they been doing this type of defensive training for a very long time. While fighting a total of 70 rounds as a professional Welterweight, Jaron " Boots" Ennis has a 29-0-0 record with 27 K O's for an average of 2.4 rounds per fight. Now you know why Steven "CIA" Espinosa had to go outside the borders of these U. S. of A. to find Clayton and Chukhadzhian, because everyone else has an excuse.

@@hpmroyale8364 My point was not about a fighter having speed, but having to train, from early childhood with a trainer who has a quick motor. In this case seed begat speed. Clearly, having a 93% KO ratio with a 2.4 round average was not accomplished by speed alone. Boots is that A1 boxer/fighter.

I mean if he fights bud or Errol the only way he loses is from the experience both of those fighters have fighter too fighters and I personally do not think they can beat this man right here Philly going to be making so much noise when he becomes undisputed.

@@bryankingb.faulcon7442 EJ will run at into counters if he thinks that Boots is like Ugas. Errol better calculate that pressure like an engineer because boots is quicker and probably has higher ring IQ than himself. Spence's experience would need to shine through like the sun.

He won't be fighting either of them...that's not how boxing politics work anymore. He will face a short curated list of 2nd raters on his way to the 'one fight a year' top of the division after the present 'champions' move on to 154 or retirement. Boxing's glory days are over. The number of contenders and talent pool is an 1/8th of what it once was. Hagler was fighting 5-6 opponents a year when he was Ennis's age. Fighting Bud and Errol should have happened already.

How many times is the term “boogeyman” going to be thrown around? I swear there’s at least 10 boogeymen in each division these days 😂

The boogeyman label used to be given to guys who were avoided because they represented tough fights but not necessarily world beaters. He’s much more than a boogeyman

The wrong title. This dude and his team definitely don't display all the subtleties and skills to the camera them guys know the sweet science real intricacies and even stuff that's not common stuff that his dad learn street fighting that he adapted and also he's got his brothers who are both champions it's like another generational talent like a Mayweather family type of thing dad was a top boxer uncle was a champion two-time another Uncle who did well we see what that result was

yes Sir, your observations are correct. The word risk implies chance where there is none - once you factor IQ, quickness, the ability to deliver power with either hand, its a no brainer.
