Jarvis Cocker is interviewed on Channel 4 and quizzed about what he thinks on the current state of independant record shops. Some funny comments :)

I go to Lost & Found Records in Knoxville, Tennessee. It's an LP shop in this old house with lovely havana brown creeky wood flooring where the walls are covered with band flyers. The ambiance in this tiny shop is great. I tend to go here for 1970's stuff, but they sell the latest artists on LP's too.

Love Jarvis. He looks in this like a cross between Bill the Butcher and Woody Allen

Record Collector… spent many an hour there before Pulp were famous. 3.59 comment about how you end up discovering new music at random - cost me a fortune over the years.

David Icke and Jarvis Cocker... two names I never expected to see in the same sentence. I know who I'd rather chat with. Probably easy to guess given the page we're on ;)

I'd put Jarvis up there with the likes of Alan Watts and David Icke as being one of the most brilliant minds, amazing conversationalists and individuals who have ever graced our collective consciousnesses.

You'd think there would be a lot of Record Shops in England, there's quite a few here in Melbourne, Australia, of all places..
