In one of the funniest episodes yet, Jase reveals the secret to creating a little extra passion in your marriage with his VERY detailed guide to redneck romance. Phil weighs the relative merits of sex and popcorn and wonders if Jase has some "Millennial tendencies." And Al explains that men are microwaves and women are ovens. The guys also tackle a great listener question about righteous anger.

Today, I watched Duck Dynasty episodes. Phil and Kay’s Wedding, Si’s Retirement and Looking Back and Talking Quack (the final and last episode), for the umpteenth time. They all bring tears to my eyes....every time I watch. I’m having a hard time figuring out which one is THE BEST of them three! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WATCHING THEM!! ❤️🦆 ALL of their #DuckDynasty Shows are good! But these three, tugged at my heart! Faithful, Godly people whom I love!!! 🤗

"My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry" That's definitely something I need to work on. I have always been very quick to anger. I've been trying to get right with God over the last few weeks... I've had a lot of anger in my heart and I've asked God to help me with that. I feel like I really needed to hear about James 1:19. Thank you guys for this podcast. It helps! :)

Jase your "scheme" was right on! EVERY woman wants to see her man plan and take time for her- no matter what you want the reward to be. This story was priceless and ALL men could learn from it. I was only puzzled how Jay and Phil thought it was an outrageous (foolish?) plan. After being married for so long, I would have thought they would have understood perfectly. Take note!!

I’m the same way, Jase. I put all my sexual energy toward my wife. In our earlier years of marriage (only been married almost 7 years), my wife noticed my attempts and was offended. It’s hard to not think that way when you put ALL your sexual energy towards one woman. She doesn’t get offended at my attempts anymore but welcomes them most of the time. We’ve grown a lot spiritually. You’re a wise man for helping it be so organic. I need to take some pointers.

I am not offended by what folks call misogyny on the part most men. Especially here. These men love women especially THEIR woman. Folks need to understand intent instead of assuming that their intentions are negative. Human nature is like this. Men don't think the same as women. Instead of trying to make everyone think the same way, how about we understand that they think differently & try to give them the benefit of the doubt. You'll be able to get a great laugh at Phil's eyeroll. He is a pragmatic man & I don't think he's gonna change. But I bet he is making a note at the same time to tell Miss Kay she's a treasure to him. I have to admire her, she is the matriarch of a strong evangelical dynasty. Her prayers are manifest in her sons & their endeavors. God bless Miss Kay.

With the wedding...isn't it the first time he fulfilled prophesy? Jeremiah had foretold that in the Messianic age “they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD-the grain, the new wine " the prophets had said the Messiah would be a time of abundance. I think it also shows Yeshua's approval of the covenant of marriage, his respect for his mother, etc. As usual, so many meanings to everything he did. I love that you discuss the bible and Jesus's gospel openly and with conviction and love. We need so much more of this

Phil, I wrote that 1Peter 3:4 verse down and kept it in my car for the longest so I could see it every day before I went to work, (where I work with NOTHING but men that are constantly pushing my buttons) it’s a hard verse to practice but, the more time I spend in His word before my day starts the easier it is to be that woman ( I hope I am anyway) and to practice the fruits of the spirit and I’m so glad Al mentioned self control because that goes right a long with being angry too and is a tough one for me sometimes and “long suffering” is tough too ugh! cause these men children I work with though!!! Also, because I chase squirrels too... I think I will stick to just listening to the podcast...live the color of those walls!!

@PhilRobertson, I ordered my first pack of #BlackRifleCoffee today. Looking forward to receiving it and drinking it. Thank you for referring me. I ordered the “CAF”. Hoping it’s not too too strong. Love from WV. ❤️
