I discovered him in Arrested Development, and between that, Horrible Bosses, Game Night, Office Christmas Party, Paul, Hancock and Ozark I think he's at his best in that typecasted role. I remember specifically not being wild about Bad Words because it felt like he was trying too hard to play against type, and it was jarring to me. Maybe I'd like it more now.

Arrested Development was the most revolutionary show on TV, it went on to inspire so many shows based on its single-camera shoots and the pseudo-documentary style. So massively underrated.
