I feel extremely lucky to have a done a karate class with him as a kid!
This is a difficult song for me, but to those who possess the great power (post production studio magic), all things are possible.
I hope this brings joy to somebody... assuming they don't mind a bit of screamy scream rargh rargh vocals.

This cover received a heck of a lot more views than I ever anticipated! It's awesome to be able to connect with other people who were inspired by Jason David Frank and saddened by his loss. Thank you for all the kind comments, they're truly appreciated. A lot of people have suggested more covers, especially the green and white ranger theme songs. These are great ideas and I may well give them a crack one day. However, my band Oceans & Omens is chipping away at a debut album and all of our creative energy is going into that at the present time. This was done perfectly. In an age where everything is getting the lo-fi treatment it was refreshing to see a tribute that brought some heavy hitting gutterals and killer riffs back into my childhood. You nailed it my guy, I'm sure JDF would have loved the liberties taken to make it unique.

I grew up watching the MMPR and T.O was my absolute Favorite. When i learned JDF Passed away on FB i refused to believe it until i checked 3 different news Sites and all confirmed I broke down and cried. This is a great Tribute to not only him but The Acrtess who played Trini as well. May they all RIP

Absolutely amazing 💯 so cool that you got to meet him in person too and ever since I heard that he passed I've been watching Power Rangers even though I'm 14 turning 15 I also started throwing some kicks cause I used to be in martial arts as well before COVID so I do wanna get back into it but other than that they should casts you to do the songs for Power Rangers cause I was so hyped when I heard you singing this and flashbacks of tommy fight scene but other that that IT MORPHIN TIME DRAGONZORD MAY THE POWER PROTECT YOU!!!!!🔥

The end bit with the adlibs from all the other soundtracks legit made me well up. the actors aswell as the characters they personified were all such a major part of not only mine, but so many other people’s childhoods across the world. jason david franks death hit so hard man. So sad that such a kind soul left this world like that. He deserved so much better. Breaks my heart to bits, man. He would absolutely be smiling down on this tribute. RIP To a literal icon.

He wasn't the oldest. Billy (The Original Blue Ranger) is the oldest power ranger he is now 53 and is the oldest of the original Power Rangers (Tommy was the 4th oldest Ranger out of the original lineup, in order, it goes Billy, Kimberly, Zack, Tommy, Jason then Trini

Jason David Frank was the very reason why I watched Power Rangers in the first place. But now that he's gone I'm sure going miss seeing the legendary Green Ranger. But in way his friends, his fans, and his family we'll never be apart him for he has left an impressive legacy behind for all of us and one heck of a inspiration. Great picture and song man. I got a picture with him too in 2018. He was always someone to look up to for both positivity and kindness. I never thought we'd loose him this way and he kept power rangers alive for the adults that grew up with it. One of the hardest celebrity deaths I've ever seen.

I'm not gonna lie, this was absolutely morphenomenal. As I got towards the end of the song, I started to cry. Knowing that a big part of my childhood was gone from this world, never to be seen or heard from again, is really, truly heartbreaking. I only wish that I had gotten the chance to meet him in person before he passed. Rest in Peace Jason David Frank. May the Power Protect You. Rangers forever.

Returned about a year later. Hit replay. Replayed 10 times. Still fucking awesome. The end bit is always my favorite. While the series came out several years before I was born, you always find the originals. And you learn to love it. Rest in Power Jason. Give heaven hell with this as your theme.

This is hauntingly beautiful. It’s my favorite tribute to JDF that I’ve seen so far. The reality of his passing is still settling for me, and it’s difficult to really grasp that he’s gone. I never got to meet him, and it really makes me wish that I’d gone out of my way to make it to a comic con now 😢

RIP Jason David Frank, Green/White Ranger forever! On a different note, I'm usually not a big fan of low range screamy vocals in Heavy Metal .... but that rising bit between 1:46 and 1:50 made me a believer!

I think that Jason David Frank would just tell to still using the power and kicking ass as he as the ranger things, he teach to us heroism and perseverance with his personality and characters.
