There are times where it can be more profitable taking the 1st offer and investing it, you may be able to double X from first offer by the time you would have got Y from second offer, it is all circumstantial though, generally you are right though fuck the first offer

@robertb1275
@robertb1275 4 жыл бұрын
Spanish Ramon that wisdom isn't infinite to everyone because not all people have parents with the wisdom and financial means to tell they're child to turn down 2 million dollors because you will make more in the long term. Not all people understand the business of long term residuals and how much more lucrative that could be. Nip often went on radio shows to talk about this very thing of understanding business and being your own boss, and he was on the verge of opening up a computer center in his shopping plaza were he would teach the youngters coming up about business and possibly being your own boss so I'm don't know what your agenda is with cutting down another brotha who lived his life trying to educate his people to understand that if you choose to get into to the music or show business you needed to understand the business first.
@robertb1275
@robertb1275 4 жыл бұрын
Kenny Lafortune it's not a matter of me needing Nip, I personally didn't because I recognize the fact that I was fortunate to have both parents in the home who were both college graduates who understood the importance of financial literacy. I also understand there are a lot of young people out here who don't have the opportunities I was fortunate enough to have therefore they were not taught what nip was trying to teach the younger generation who he knew didn't have that knowledge. He could have taken his money moved out the hood and said to hell with them, I got mine but he didn't do that. He tried to be a role model to those he saw were less fortunate and wanted to learn what you say they should have already known even having no one to teach them.
