With the exception of the weirdly angled soaking tub, everything else is well designed. Love the boat dock right off the backyard. Well worth the asking price.

Hey Jason. 5bed 8 bath? 🙌🏼. Beautiful entry but the staircase is literally right at the entry. Like the wine storage under the stairs. J. Liking the new layout plan and location guide. Love that you show the path and remove it. Elevator 🙌🏼. Huge pantry indeed. Odd place for the laundry. Grand kitchen. Huge island. Love this drink fridge/dining/sitting room. Lovely backyard. Outdoor kitchen/dining/lounging. Not you taking the elevator. Now the upstairs laundry is what’s up. 1/2 bath 🙌🏼. Loft/gym/nice size guest bedrooms and en-suite. Love the door to the en-suite. Love the color scheme of the primary suite and en-suite. Bathtub with ambiance lighting. Great shower and sauna. Balcony. Lovely home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I'm not sure if this was filmed before or after the 27M dollar home with a tiny wardrobe. The house in this delivers everything that one would want and expect. That bathroom in the main suite was beautiful. Job well done with this one

What an amazing house the only thing that’s just not sitting right is that grass wall. I couldn’t handle that ! I would think all kinds of things like mold, dirt etc. only thing I’d change and would love love love south Florida.
