I absolutely love those two Capital vessels but being a Star Citizen backer for almost 2 years now and watching the development for close to 6 years I firmly believe that once players are able to get their hands on Capitol class military vessels that larger size cannons like those of the javelin are going to be nerfed quite a bit along with probably having a good 3 to 5 minute cool down timer between three shots or something to that affect.
