He was basically talking about the speed which is for Evans and said that timing can negate that advantage which is what Fortuna has. mind boggling comment about bias???... don't just hate, try to analyze first what is he talking about. About the "alot of time to survive" thing, he is basically implying that there is alot of time left in the clock for Evans to try to survive which is actually bad for Evans.
