The defendant admits he broke the plaintiff's jaw by throwing a shoe at her, but it's only because she tried to use the shoe to break his window.

He was at work. Drive off where? It was her birthday...she came to his job to start drama. She tried to make him mad by talking about what her boyfriend said.He had no right to hit her. If the baby needed milk that bad ask your sister or boyfriend for the night and get the money from him later.

Right!! I was wondering the same thing. If you throwing a whole 🥷🏽 up in his face she should’ve said that 🥷🏽 is buying your child formula. I don’t condone hitting but she could’ve waited on that formula since she was there to party. Side note if yo child has no formula I don’t think I’d be out partying.

I knew exactly how this case was gonna go once it was revealed the defendant admitted to breaking the plaintiff’s jaw and he don’t pay child support. JM rightly told him off at the end. “Now you done pissed me off acting like you ain’t do anything” 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
