I wanted to ask if you can narrow a square face and give length to the face while doing mandible reduction for v line..also softening all the way from mid face cheek bone to lower jaw...with one go surgery..? Hey doc!!! Massive fan of your work. I have a question, I have a long face and I know the only way to reduce the length of the face is through double jaw surgery. However I'm terrified of such major surgery. Apart from V line contouring surgery, is there any surgery to reduce lenght of face without going through double syrgery. Even if i have chin surgery this will not reduce the length. I'm considering forehead reduction as well. Please advise 🙏🏼

I have done buccal fat pad removal and chin lipo, however always wanted to do a chin implant and jaw sculpting but needed an oral maxo surgeon for it and not a normal plastic surgeon, this looks good i have a query does the skin in jaw tend to sag some time post the surgery and cause sagging jowls? Hello sir God bless you are simply an artist . Sir what is jaw sculpting not clear is it same as geneoplasty . Sir how long does the procedure take. Is chin the most important part along with jaws in someone aesthetics. Sir in one of your videos you were saying that the guy has a very long Ramus it needs to be shorten is there any ideal length of Ramus in cm or mm that I can measure and see I feel my ones a little short in length , and from where I will measure the length of Ramus from earlobe if you kindly reply and help thanks for your co operation
