My first new motorcycle was a Jawa 250, bought from Pride and Clark, in Brixton, London in 1963. It was very reliable, comfortable, cruised at 60-65 mph and still returned almost 70 mpg. Some 20 years later, in Australia, I bought and restored a Jawa 350 twin, which I kept for the following 12 years. Unfortunately, the modern Jawa is not sold in Australia, or I would be sorely tempted to by one.

Jawa is better than royal Enfield

Yezdi was or is not heavy, all yezdi bikes are less than 150kgs which includes yezdi 350 twin. They are not slow in pace, even yezdi 250 was or is much quicker than Yamaha and Honda bike.
