I just pulled up the lyrics to this song and it's so appropriate for this couple! They fell in love as relatively innocent kids, no big deal. But what in the world were they thinking as adults! Obviously had nothing to do with 'thinking'! Their 'love' transcended what was going on in their lives individually and by the time they were mature enough to understand the impossibility, it was way too late. 'My heart don't have no brain' sums it up!!
