I totally agree with you. Whoever is involved is using the unanticipated publicity and social media attention to their advantage- the mention of the boat acting oddly has given them the idea of planting the phone on the beach to give credence to the existing narrative. I believe it’s a well planned charade /setup by a very cunning young lady, but I don’t believe the family are involved - Jays mum’s behaviour is a reflection of whatever she was led to believe at the start but I think the family never believed he is/was on that mountain. It all comes back to Lucy and her cohorts, they are the ones that controlled the narrative from day one.

My brother In law who was 18 came to visit us and decided to go out with his friends on a night. They all came back , I was asleep I didn't go out, but they came and they stayed up talking until early hours and the next day I was woke up to someone shouting and unfortunately he passed away. The inquest results were that he passed due to alcohol abd ecstasy poisoning and he was fine there was nothing to indicate he was unwell. If Jay did OD there is no way he was taken back to the B&B because the dogs didn't pick up his scent. I don't know where he would have been taken, but wherever he got taken could have arranged the boat and got rid of his body, I'm hoping I'm wrong because I don't want to believe he's not alive anymore. I don't think this means a lot TBH. I used to go to raves and over do the MDMA on occasion; it can render you unable to speak or stand properly (and basically appear 'unwell'), but once it starts to fade, you literally ping back to being your normal (albeit buzzing) self. So once it had worn off he would have been a bit spaced out, but almost certainly functional. Great channel BTW!

You can be unwell from booze or drugs, then puke up and feel a lot better a short while later. Most people will be familiar with that scenario.

I did a lot of recreational drugs in my youth. Sometimes I was in a state where I would be falling around and completely out of it in the club 11pm,/12am/1am/2am etc looking like Jay did in the video and then next morning come 7/8 am be mostly compos mentis again .

Yea agree, I think you are close to what could of happened. I believe the waitrsses statement, that fits with the footage we have seen of Jay. His friends might of taken Jay back to the hotel first, they freaked out whilst he becomes more ill, they didn't know how to deal with it & someone called quassim. Jay & his friends got into the car. Quassim books the bnb on route to the north. Could be the shady lot didn't want anything being linked to them if Jay was to OD. A cover up so they took photos and posted those to make out he was still alive. They made the fake calls from his phone to his friends on the island. Could someone have driven up the hill to drop the last pin before destroying the phone, it's not been found yet has it? Might explain the hotel throw & woman's foot in the photo. That is evidence right there, the hotel blanket, the hand could of been his friends hand & the womans foot, clear as day was present. I hope this wasn't how it went. To me the friends seriously lacked any genuine concern or emotion for Jay in their interviews, just my opinion.

Maybe IF Jay was so unwell, he might have had absolutely no idea how far away he had been taken, and thought he could easily walk back next morning. But I actually think he was never at the B&B and the photo was a ruse to show he was. I can't see why Jay would necessarily post a photo like that. But if he was never there, I have no other ideas or theories at all.

Jay Lucy and Brad were working, Jay stole a watch from someone who is big on the island. The 2 lads (Whisper) know Lucy and they escorted Jay to return the watch. Jay was then stabbed around 0430 infront of Lucy and Brad. The gang disposed of Jay by stealing a yacht and dumping him at sea whisky Lucy and Brad were taking to the air B&B to generate a story. Brad was acting as Jay using his phone and generating witness the cafe owner who said she saw an English boy around 0830. They then walked up the hill and sent a fake location to Brad’s phones and then disposed of the phone elsewhere. Lucy then began the pre agreed calling of the police with their story in check. The threat to Lucy is she pushes drugs around the island using young lads and others, she hopped to Lanzarote because she is worried she will be killed if the truth comes out.

Little dealer rips off bigger dealer. He is taken to be punished, he escapes, hides and phones his friend's for help. He is found by bigger dealer or his associates and dealt with permanently. Big dealer then intimidates other little dealers to lie and follow his narrative. The police were called as the hunt was on, hoping to flood the place with officers, save the little dealer and not name names. Nice red herring and alternative explanation with the watch story but little dealer was in the car with big dealer, intimidated and being driven to his death.

Who was videoing him, was it CCTV or someone in the crowd. I thought it looked like someone watching him because usually, you video a full 360 of the club. I said from the start it looks like he may have had a stroke. They all could have gone back to Masca, anyone could have pretented to be Jay asking bus times. Probably scared because it was dodgy pills or something and they didn't want implicating. A quick plan, without any proper thought to cover up a situation that went horribly wrong. The Go Fund Me could be to make everything look more feasible. He died, got moved to stop bad publicity at the height of the season and prevent being implicated if the substances had been given to him off one of them.

imho its simply that he tried to walk back to his hotel without appreciating how far it was. Thirsty, tired and disorientated he fell down and died just like Michael Mosley did. Pointing out that Jay is almost certainly dead is something many people are reluctant to state.

A simple explanation would be exactly that: Jay overdid it on his first holiday abroad and OD'd or had a bad reaction and ended up dead. They all took him back to the airbnb when he started to get ill and have tried to cover up his subsequent death because one of them (Ayub or Lucy, or Lucy who got it through Ayub maybe) supplied him with the gear and would therefore get done for causing his death (and dealing) if found out. I don't believe in all the rumoured yacht business, and I don't believe any of the supposed sightings of Jay later that Monday evening or since the day he went missing. I also don't believe that if he stole a watch, it was from some big name on the island.

I think the story of potentially when B&B guy meeting (the boy who was attacked by the gang) could have made a plan to set Jay up when he got out of prison. Then the plan could be done. I feel that the watch story, was Jay being set up, to take the watch & then the next part of the plan when there was a scuffle on the beach, to do with the watch, Jay got stabbed etc, with Lucy, Brad & Brandon & the others.🤷🏼‍♀️From then he realised who owned the watch& how bad ass he is. He was then taken & something has been done to him. Possibly 💀 dead, only time will tell won’t it. I hope he is found alive & he can return to his family 💔

Jay was "booted out" the club i'm guessing its due to the state he was in. Where was his mates if he was in a state like that. Imagine being in that circle of friends; first time abroad, you've hit the beans a bit to hard and your jaws swinging, don't know what planet you're on and you've just been left by everyone. The thing that gets me is the lack of effort they've made to pull actual reliable GPS data. There are so many things that were giving out telemetry that day. The location data off WhatsApp is the tip of the iceberg. He had an iPhone that continues to give out signal up to 8 hours after your battery is completely dead. The "findmy" network would of pinged off his phone in that area if its there. it will also show his movements that day completely. If there has been no pings close to that area then the phones not even there. Apple can give the police his findmy data i think. However apple are really weird about stuff like that. they once refused to unlock a serial killers phone because of his privacy.
