Once Jay left the air bnb, what was the movements of the two guys? Did they really go to sleep? Did they leave at all? Did they speak with the woman and know what direction he went? Do they know other people who live in that area? How familiar are they with masca? First time staying or a regular occurance? Any patterns? Jay's snap said they were on their way to sell the watch. Did they sell the watch? When, where and who to? Did they go to the Airbnb? Could they have been still there when Jay left? That's vital, a huge missing part of the jigsaw. Did they sell it? How much for? Did they split the money fairly? Did they not sell it? Did they go somewhere to meet someone away from Airbnb to sell? If they didn't manage to sell it could Jay have also tried robbing it off the other 2 guys when he left? Why did he tell his mates he felt to scared at the Airbnb and had left with 2 small knives? What made him want to leave and not go back? He could very simply have tried to get as far away from the area quickly by walking and injured himself and got lost. He would be dehydrated from his partying all weekend and still intoxicated. However the footage from the nearby square of the guys hiding and then chasing through the square needs thorough investigation. If Jay was lost but was found by people who were after him, he could be alive but wheres the ransom? What's the point in keeping him Alive if they're not demanding money? Is Jay straight? What sexuality are the men in the Airbnb? Is there any chance of there being a sexual element to any of this? There are far far too many things to consider with this case. All these questions but ultimately he probably just got lost and passed out, often people who were lost are found nearby, missed despite countless searches. I'm from the area, literally 2 miles from Oswaldtwistle. I fully agree with the nasty comments being out of order as his mother loves him regardless and these are not her crimes, my heart goes out to her from one mum to another.
