Calvin klein has said Jay sold drugs. Him being rich off drugs? I think people dont realize how relative the word rich is. Back in the day if you were at kilo level you were moving weight crazy to most people even if it was 2 to 3 kilos a month. If you really from certain areas you know this but if you do 30 kilos and over a month you a serious kingpin. Rick ross level is bigger than 99.9999999% of drug dealers. Most dealers dont even make it to 4 kilos a month.

None of us would know how much money Jay made drug dealing because we weren't there. However when you listen to Reasonable Doubt, Vol 1 or American Gangster its clear Jay has alot of insight only somebody who knows what they're talking about would know or say. Rick Ross says Jay doesn't really carry himself like a dealer that made alot of money but thats the thing people don't know what those guys are like anyway because they're often very quiet and not outside where you can see them. When the street level dealers come in contact with a plug with enough money to really elevate them out of the streets its usually a person they never met or expected or never saw doing hand to hands with people. Its the quiet person who isn't issuing threats or being loud and when you meet them they don't even talk about hustling, they just talk about life experience and that determines whether or not they hand you a duffle bag when the conversation is over.

@@LuckyleftyJerseytvWhen you get to a certain level of selling drugs and become considered a drug lord thes no playing gangster cause being a gangster is fatal. You can't be a kingpin and not be known by former or other kingpins it's highly impossible. Rick Ross was the real deal so if he says Jay z wasn't a drug lord then best believe he wasn't. Thes no way Pablo Escobar wouldn't have known about Carlos Lehder. Doesn't make sense... And again selling drugs, becoming a drug lord goes hand in hand with being a gangster. Pablo Escobar, Carlos Lehder, El Chapo, Frank Lucas and Hash king were gangsters and the richest to have made it. They are in the top 10 of histories finest richest kingpins but one of them says he doesn't know Jay z. Thes a difference between knowing and hanging around kingpins and literally being one. None of what Rick is saying makes any sense. Jay got rich off RAP but he came in the rap game WITH some street money. 🤦‍♂ Besides, what does any of Jay stuff have to do with Freeway Ricky? He jus sounds like he's hating right here, but why? 🤣🤣🤣

He's being bitter. Do you know how many drug dealers never helped their counterparts? Why would Jay-z, NY based, go out to the West Coast, to help this guy who he doesn't know get back on his feet?
