9:11 I like this way better than the original vid was done. reason being different layers do not have opacity and makes more believable. Well done man! Appreciate the vids. ❤️

I've noticed that at 2:22 the motion blur's really stretched out. adding a directional blur after the transform node and cranking up the length value would give that effect.

15:00 Does nobody in KZfaq know that there's a transform node right there on the toolbar? (Left of the Rectangle Mask) Everybody uses the toolbar for getting nodes except when it comes to the XF node, it's either SHIFT + SPACE, or right-click menu, or effetcs library, but never the toolbar even though it's literally right there. Anyways, love your videos Jayare

not sure if you can wiggle (randomize) position in fusion, but this effect in aef would've been done like this: one text composition, 3 instances of composition with different channel extraction and blending mode into a new composition, then next composition with a drop shadow. The top composition will have the slide in animation with motion blur, the 3 text composition will have a wiggle expression and probably connected to a multiplier controller, also the texts are offset by the final amount at the start, so they always end up in that position when wiggle multiplier is 0. Anyway good that you showed a way to do it, but doing hand animation for this kind of effect is and not some procedural approach is not that good, as you might need to animate a lot of texts. At least the text would be nice to be referenced in the other nodes. Cheers

I love your glitch titles but they bring my Ryzen 7 2700x, 32gb ddr4 3200 MHz ram and RX 580 8gb system to it's knees. If I get 64 gb ram will I be likely to have a better experience?

Hi, I understand why you use 3 text nodes instead of just shading elements of a single one, but wouldn't it be better to make instances of the text node and in each of them deinstance the colour group of each of those instances, that way you can change the text in one node and have it update all the others automatically ?

@@JayAreTV Hi, I only found out about instancing fusion nodes last week so that's why it occurred to me, coming from AE there is so much to learn. Just got my head around expressions and discovered the user controls yesterday, so even more to discover.

@@JayAreTV I was too inaccurate. I am surprised that your computer system runs completely reliable. your CPU is not very strong, but seems to reach. I have to renew my system. which component requires high attention under Resolve? I am planning with the amd 3700x and a rtx 2060 ...

A CPU and GPU isn't going to make a system run smooth. Need to make sure you have a good amount of quick ram (32GB+) and some quality hard drives. After all of that you need to make sure DaVinci Resolve is setup correctly to take advantage of everything you have in your system. This is how my system outperforms systems with newer equipment. Good luck with the new build! I was looking into the new 3ed gen ryzen also.

Yep it will do if you don't have a pretty good PC, for editing and rendering and using fusion you need a very good CPU, a good GPU and lots of fast RAM.
