For anyone wondering exactly what happens to the Skull of Gul'dan: - Gul'dan dies in the Tomb of Sargeras and one of his warlocks (Zuluhed in this mod) claims his skull. - The skull is later taken by the chieftain of the Bonechewer clan. - Grom Hellscream (working for Ner'zhul) kills the Bonechewer chief so that Ner'zhul can use the skull to reopen the portal connecting Azeroth and Draenor - Ner'zhul gifts the skull to Deathwing in return for the help of the black dragonflight. - Khadgar and friends steal the skull from Deathwing and use its power to close the portal connecting Azeroth and Draenor. - Right before the portal closes, they send it through the portal where the Kirin Tor recovers it and puts it in a vault below Dalaran. - The skull stays in Dalaran until Arthas attacks. During the attack, Tichondrius steals the skull and brings it to Ashenvale. - Illidan consumes the power of the skull and kills Tichondrius; Illidan now has the skull. - Illidan holds onto the skull right up until Burning Crusade when nameless adventures kill him and take all his stuff.

Gul'dan's Death by the hands of Sargeras was very fulfilling specially after all of the awful things he did during his lifetime in the horde.

Those 2 last maps have cutscenes on the level of CGI Blizzard ones when it comes to direction and camerawork😍

I love that this mission is also similar to when Maiev visit the tomb many years later😊 I hate that Utok can't join this mission like you give him items and put in hard work to rank him up, feel like such a waste 😢

Yooo what the fuck was that Sargeras cutscene! Switching between multiple models for illusion effects, multiple voices for the different characters to mock Guldan?! That quality though is great!

That big dude Sargeras was talking through, the big green cracked dude? Yeah, that is _The Avatar of Sargeras._ The same one that Aegwynn defeated all those years ago. And yes, we fight him in the Legion expansion. The Tomb of Sargeras was the third raid, after the Emerald Nightmare, and The Nighthold. The final fight of the expansion was Kil'jaeden himself. And yes... we permakilled him - the fight actually takes place above Argus itself.

If I am not wrong - and I very well might be - Rakmar Sharpfang was in the original Warcraft 2 ... Tides od Darkness was it? Or maybe he was in the novel, or both?

I feel like this map is too dark. I know it's supposed to be an underground tomb, but the maker clearly put so much work into the terrain, that it's a sin for it to go unappreciated. Maybe, however strange that might sound, change the timer to be in the morning?

Hehey, orc pirates (too bad we don't get their ranged unit). Terraining and texturing is excellent. They recycled the voiceline, tho there's probably several among us here who could do a more fitting impression of that pitlord. Here's a joke/free meme for ya - me and my mates call them pielords instead(in my language we just add a letter(thus making pit(hole) into pita(which means pie in my parts), whereas in english you only need to swap a letter(t with e) to get the same effect). Ask them next time how good their pies are🤣

Gul Dan dies too early. I wish he could live much longer. If he survive all Warcraft 2-3 events, Gul Dan can be a perfect candidat for main villain in Burning Crusade
