Elvis Presley is by far the best singer the world have seen. I say this: There's Elvis Presley then there's everybody else, There's Bruce Lee then there's everybody else, There's Michael Jordan then there's everybody else. Elvis Presley stands alone as being the best singer of all times, he had everything, the voice, the looks, the charisma, the personality, and most important of all, he had a heart of gold that he gave and gave to everybody that is in need. There will never be another man like him. When God created him, he made a special one for us to enjoy during his time on Earth. Elvis, you are truely missed.

In the book, "Revelations of the Memphis Mafia," Elvis' cousin, Billy Smith tells a story where Elvis was near comatose, not speaking but he had a show the next night somewhere, and they have IV's in him and are trying to get him around. The next night he still hasn't said a word, and he's at least moving around somewhat now, and its near showtime, and no one thinks the show will happen, and Elvis looks at Billy and says, " you didn't think I would make it did you? " And Billy said he gave a great show.

Most young people look back at old stars and don’t get what people back then got. But you don’t need to watch much of Elvis to understand how special he was and it translates over to all generations! So hard to watch this show, it still hurts knowing just 6 weeks later he’d be gone and the world would stop just for a moment and lose a bit of magic. What a legend, what a legacy he left behind with a career that only lasted a short 23 years yet reached the mountain top and touched and broke hearts all over the world. 43 years later, we still love and miss him like he passed yesterday. God, watching this is bittersweet and painful. #RIPElvisPresley 🙏🏼

thank you!! For him to perform this song the way he did in the poor shape he was in is a testament to his drive and talent. If you notice he hit deep notes and great tone that he likely just didn't have when he was younger. He sounded almost like an Opera singer here. It showed his range. It took every ounce of his being to walk up there that night and do what he did. Thanks again.

This was literally the last song he sang in his home just hours before his death.

This was actually about 2 months before his death. However, technically, you are correct - just hours (hundreds) before his death. Not THE last song, though.

Hurt was his last one, you can hear his hurt literally even more in that one. Bitter sweet, this song, so sad to hear that heavy breathing, sweet as hell to see how powerful he felt it and how folks today are experiencing it in a whole new way.

It is MY BELIEF THAT, this performance was SPECIFICALLY to, and for his one love, Priscilla. The fact that I now read yr message, I AM ABSOLUTELY CONVINCED OF IT. When he said, almost pleading ""God, I need your love.....""

Elvis is so incredible. He is stuffed full of medication and can barely speak, but he delivers his song flawlessly. Many other interpreters can take a leaf out of their book.

When God created my friend Elvis he was just showing off. I can't tell you how much i love and miss him, there is not a day that goes by that i don't think of him and all the memories we made in 10 short years, his death knocked the wind out of me i have never been the same since, Elvis was the big brother i never had. He is also my guardian angel. Graceland is my go to place when it get's to hard to live w/o my friend i go there and walk around and remember Elvis and all the beautiful times we had together. He was the only person in my life that understood me and cared about my feelings and opinions. What it comes down to is we both needed a true friend and we were that for each other. Awesome reaction. His body failed him but his voice never ever did God bless you and your family from the one and only Memphis Tn

His essence completely fills massive spaces. I highly encourage anyone who has any interest in him or his music to visit Graceland! I went as just a casual fan (by birth of a dad who loved him), and it was an unexpected experience. It was a roller coaster of emotions. At times, I was entertained by the decor, and at others, I was moved to tears for reasons I can't explain. Walking through the "Hall of Gold" (his numerous hits) to the trophy room with 40ft high ceilings with awards from top to bottom completely blew my mind. I've heard all the stats, but there is nothing to prepare you to be standing among all of it. Seeing many of his jumpsuits on display was just icing on the cake! Don't miss the Memorial Garden if you go. It is where Elvis, his parents, grandmother and Lisa Marie's son are buried as well as a special marker for his stillborn twin, Jesse. That alone is very moving. You will be amazed at the number of flowers still sent on a daily basis. Also, check out the list of celebrities who have visited Graceland. MANY of them have had their music reacted to on this channel. I don't believe it's a trip anyone would regret if you're in the area. While in Memphis, definitely check out B.B. King's Blues Club! The house band is incredible!

You once said you prefer live performances, I don't, I like to hear the best way it's supposed to sound... Except for Elvis, his best is done live. He's truly amazing. I wish they put him in rehab. He had so much more to give. Miss you Elvis, rest in peace, you deserve that. And keep smiling down on Lisa Marie, she loves you so much.

I love your reactions to Elvis, great to be on this memory lane with you :) This performance is so painful to watch, Elvis was so sick, I am extremely angry that his manager Colonel Tom Parker (who was not a Tom Parker at all as it later turned out, just illegal Dutch immigrant Andreas van Kujik) made Elvis to perform to pay his Vegas debts :( Elvis should have rest and get professional medical treatment :( But Elvis obviously gave his all pouring all his heart and all his passion into this song. I wonder what Charlie Hodge (the guy standing beside Elvis0 was thinking about it all. Elvis was so famous with so many people around him yet when he needed help the most nobody came to rescue :( Great loss at such a young age. Karolina/Poland
