Vice President of the Nethercutt Collection, Cameron Richards, stops by the garage and once again brings with him one this 1930 Rolls Royce Phantom, a car so important, that in its heyday it was paid more to rent than the salaries of the movie stars who shared this Phantom's screen.

I also had the pleasure to visit there and I just could not leave, lol. There was so much stunning beauty in every direction and restored to a level rarely seen collectively like that, it was just hard to walk away from such dramatic visual appeal. But what catches you by surprise is how this interesting deep appreciation sneaks up on you. If you e been there, you know exactly what I mean. People start out chatting up this and that, then slowly get quite from realizing how obvious it is that there is no way to miss the dramatic effect. It’s simply everywhere you look. Awesome place. 👍🏻😎👍🏻

Beautifully presented and driven as always! The BEST! These RR cars were all bespoke bodied (especially the Phantoms) and no 2 identical globally. As you know, RR was known for their "magic carpet" quiet ride and "adequate" power reserve: hence the history of RR naming all their cars after slient powers (Ghost, Phantom, Wraith, Cloud, Shadow, Spirit, Seraph, Spectre)--with only Carmargue and Corniche being named otherwise. Added historical note: Charles Sykes (called the hyphen in Rolls-Royce) was the sculptor who did the "flying lady"/Spirit of Exctasy and supposedly the model used for the mascot was his lover...;) Loved every minute of it Jay and company!
