As someone who's lived in Florida their entire life, I can confirm that this is accurate about 50% of the time. The other 50% is unbearable constant humidity.

Just putting this out there since Jay talked about rivals: King Boo actually has no rivals. They are randomized for him. They are still there, but they are randomized. He is very unique in that way.

In news today a freak tornado ran through a turtle sanctuary, the local banana, bullet's, and bomb factory, the observatory, the mushroom farms, the bank, and the flower patches. Following this the tornado is now chasing the racers on the mario kart tracks. Yet despite this the race continues.
