Y'all I just started crying as Gisele started talking about HIV/AIDS. As a black non-binary person living with HIV, Im grateful to consider her one of those powerful people who help the world see us and who stand up for us.

I once talked to her on Instagram about the contest, I wanted her to come to the contest and she answered my message and told me to go next year. And of course most of my waiting She came and she won the contest. Now, a year has passed. I keep watching this video repeatedly and want to say that you are my best. My Queen. I always smile and tears every time I watch this video. I love you my queen farm Thailand

if god says we are equal,will i am not god threrefore i conclude we are not equal.this pageant is lack of participants some countries did not participate,so this trans gay from u.s.a not deserve as a winner.all contestants are not deserving..they are just entertainer but not a queen.nor not a good performer.

Please spare us. The judges made the right decision by choosing someone of substance and talent with a serious agenda to keep people alive and free of HIV around the world. First runner up was beautiful but just as superficial as her look. Thank goodness for fair and serious judges.

Watching this again in 2023 made me happy but also sad about what is going on in America towards people of color and trans community. The most vulnerable group in America are black trans women who are highly discriminated against and struggle to get the health care they need not to mention the constant violence they also face. 2019 was an amazing year for black women in pageantry and black women are accomplished and talented worthy of a crown as other groups. I hope Jazelle Barbie Royale will not be the last black Miss International Queen.

the flower on the shoulder gave more drama which was perfect for continental. it wouldn’t read well here since they prefer a much softer look (the hair, the makeup, the gown style)
