If anyone cares, the musicians on this are: Steve Fidyk, drums, Jim Roberts on bass, and me, Tony Nalker on piano. We recorded this at Bias Studios in Springfield, VA for the Hal Leonard Jazz Playalong series 10+ years ago, produced by Mark Taylor (the series now has close to 200 books).

Tony - I was an attendant at the National Jazz Workshop for many years and I have enjoyed these recordings all through my time there and University of North Texas. I had no idea you all were the ones who put them together. These really are the best publicly-available playalongs out there. Thank you so much.

@@gregorynewman5167 That’s right - I remember you! Glad these playalongs are useful. I don’t have anything to do with posting them, I just wanted to make sure the musicians were credited. Hope all is well.

This lovely day will lengthen into evening We'll sigh goodbye to all we ever had Alone where we have walked together I'll remember April and be glad I'll be content you loved me once in April Your lips were warm and love and spring were new I'm not afraid of autumn and her sorrow For I'll remember April and you The fire will dwindle into glowing ashes For flames live such a little while I won't forget but I won't be lonely I'll remember April and smile

I’m new to jazz. In what bar does the melody head begin? Please, thank you.
