Sul Sul! Today I'm sharing the next part in my Reviving Magnolia Promenade series. This lot includes a restaurant, jazz bar and a small hotel with 6 rooms. The lot type is set to restaurant, that way the bartender spawns automatically so the jazz bar will also function. I will say that after extensive testing, the waiters will continue to go down to the bar to clean up dishes, which is annoying, so you may just want to lock that area off if you want to run a restaurant. I tried to move the chairs away from the tables, but this lot has a basement, half walls and round walls (eeek!) so the glitches are real I'm afraid, so many times I found walls unpainted after going back in, as well as chairs attached to tables in the bar, so please forgive me if you find any of those little glitches ♥
